Just a 75-minute drive from the Liberia Airport (LIR), the center is surrounded by marvelous nature, located close to the beach, along with the characteristic warmth and hospitality of the people of Costa Rica. Located close to Playa Negra, home of wild beaches and a world-class wave Pico Negro, on the Gold Coast of Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

CANCELLATION BY GUEST & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to cancel your retreat you must notify rian@SoulFullwellnessretreats.com by email. Once we’ve received your notice, cancellation will take effect. Please NOTE that we employ a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Due to the nature of the business and Soul Full Wellness incurring costs immediately upon a customer’s acceptance and payment, Soul Full Wellness reserves the right not to refund monies under any circumstances. Soul Full Wellness reserves the right to refund customers at its own discretion pending how long until the Retreat in question is due to commence. If there is a reasonable time frame, we will enact a refund less administrative, advertising and booking fees.

MaryBeth Perrone of Mindful Movement & Rian Gufarotti of Soul Full Wellness are elated to come together and collaborate on this very special offering with their own daughters. They have known each other for over 30 years and grew up together in New York. This is a passion project and merges both of their gifts and talents of yoga, meditation, facilitating healing circles, self-development, and mindfulness to empower and educate women to nurture and nourish themselves.

Famous as the filming location for the cult classic, "Endless Summer II," this beach sits along the northwestern region of Guanacaste along the northern Pacific coast.
HEALTHY MEALS
The cuisine is delicious, healthy, locally sourced and organic when possible. Food is mindfully prepared by Chef Luca & Staff. Those who have special dietary requirements are encouraged to let us know in advance as we will do our best to accommodate them. Playa Negra is also home to local restaurants that are all within a 15-20minute walk from the Retreat Center should you and your daughter wish to explore local cuisine options off-site.
