When you want to run, hide, ignore, numb, or freeze, recognize it is a safety mechanism from your body trying to keep you safe …but that safety also keeps you stuck…
So keep walking, keep moving, and breathing big, trust your intuition, move into the pain and heartache, and sadness, and depression, and laziness, and imposter syndrome, and comparison.
Honor your feelings and emotions and allow them to be seen, heard, and acknowledged…then love them. Love those pieces of you that exist. Let the compassion from your heart rise up and envelop you.
Realize that opposite feelings can co-exist, at the same time…move into love and trust joy and happiness and most of all peace and calm.
So when you are deep down in the trenches of overwhelming negative emotions, breath into them and know you are worthy, this is Trust!
Move into that feeing of love and peace and joy that is right there. This is Divine Feminine Form Ayurveda!

Here are 3 tips to help you when you are in overwhelm, despair, anxiety, fear, sadness, and depression
- Shake it out and Sound it out! Get out of our head and into your body. Shaking is a wonderful way to help the nervous system move out of that fight or flight into rest and repair. Open up your throat, project your unique sound current, whatever noises you feel like you need to make…let it out
- Try A Simple Box Breath: Inhale for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, exhale for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4. Then repeat
- Practice Body Yantra: Pick two points in the body (or 3) Visualize a golden light flowing between these two points (or whatever color you choose) stay with this visualization for at least 90 seconds.
